And FYI, I was changing to the “Turn Right lane”. He must have speed out from some carpark and honk me WHEN I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF LANE CHANGING. I was so sure there wasn’t this car behind me when I lane change. I experienced a similar problem with a travel agency that is doing my visa application, last I went there she said she'll verify the papers and call me the second day, she doesn't, I call back and her colleagues tell me she won't be available for 2 weeks because she's on a holiday, basically halting all her customers that are on a time limit for their applications with no one replacing her duties during that period, they basically stopped the entire store from functioning.īasically I'm really frustrated with the carelessness of everyone, maybe it's just me that's over thinking things, let me know your opinions.įailed my first TP test on, no IF but with 36 DP (4DP inside circuit) Just feel the tester was out to fail me, he nit picked even the slightest thing. What does it take to implement staff rotation? it's really frustrating. The others weren't so lucky because the officers said it's lunch time and they just completely stopped serving the citizens, same for ovir.

What about the police and ovir? the other day I went to the police to register my address, I take tickets, wait 4 hours, I barely make it in time with a lot of "mounat" from the officer because we went in with one ticket as a family of 4, she complained that she's going to take a break soon and why we as a family didn't pick individual tickets so that she can push the other half of us after her break. Then you have the employees on September 1st, they absolutely decline to come to work because it's the first day of school, well? haven't you been attending the first days of school for the past 10+ years for your children? I understand family time, but when working in an agricultural field, nature does not understand your family needs and you have to consider that when working in such a field, some things cannot wait that one extra day without resulting in bad effects. it's irrational, and practically insane to be honest. Of course people can build pools, but that's very expensive and hard to make it last for 2+ days on fields that are 40+ hectares. Basically I do not understand the logic behind this, why can't the government rotate staff and keep the work flowing? is the holiday of a few employees more important than shutting down an entire region from water? for those that don't know, starving your plants when they are in the process of producing fruits will significantly reduce your yield and yield quality. The explanation for it is because "the employees are off so if there ends up any malfunctions, there are no employees to fix them, that's why we're turning the water pipe off", mind you, we're not talking about a few hectares here, we're talking about shutting down water for thousands of hectares of fields down the pipe where the plants would be without water, then 2 days later there's going to be a huge surge of water consumption by all the fields and people are going too end up with little water for a few more days until the volume regulates again. How serious is the understanding of holidays when you're shutting down an important sector? or making people wait an hour or days without employees that cover each other?įor example, today is a holiday and the entire irrigation water in Zoravan coming from lake Sevan is being shut down for 2 entire days (sun, mon).

Maybe it's just culture, but I would like to better understand it.
